Created in collaboration with domestic and international expert teams to meet the market’s demand for high-precision sheet metal processing, it breaks away from traditional leveling machine design concepts. It incorporates the latest servo-hydraulic systems, mechanical structures, roller system designs, and control systems, making it a high-precision, high-strength, and intelligent precision leveling equipment.The servo-hydraulic system employed in this equipment features a high response frequency of over 80 Hz. This allows for immediate adjustment of minimal deformations in the machine frame caused by external forces, enabling the leveling roll gap to be rapidly maintained within ±0.01 mm. The leveling precision can achieve up to 0.05 mm/m.
It is particularly suitable for leveling materials such as:

The hydraulic precision leveling machine, also known as a hydraulic straightening machine, is a model developed by Xuelong for leveling non-ferrous metal plates, mirror-finish plates, sheet metal parts, stamped parts, laser-cut parts, and other workpieces requiring high surface finish.
The hydraulic leveling machine adopts a structure with twofold, threefold, fourfold, or sixfold roller arrangements with intermediate backup rollers between the upper/lower working leveling rollers and support bearings (rollers). The leveling rollers are evenly stressed, providing excellent structural rigidity with minimal deflection of the working rollers. This achieves high-precision leveling, straightening workpieces with harmonic wave attenuation, and optimal support for the leveling rollers. The integrated leveling gap adjustment device maintains a constant leveling gap throughout the process, even as the cross-section of parts changes. It fundamentally solves common problems of traditional leveling machines, such as uneven leveling, roller indentation, workpiece sagging, and knife-bending defects. This significantly improves the correction accuracy of plates, offering a wide range of applications. No roller marks are left on the material surface, resulting in superior correction precision.
